The clinic portal, end to end
A guided walkthrough of the clinic admin portal, front desk to reporting.
Ten minutes, on your own time. Chat with Eva the patient companion and watch the full clinic-portal walkthrough — referral intake, prospect pipeline, booking, the clinical chart, the staff copilot, and ROI reporting.
This is a demonstration with synthetic data, run in a fictional clinic we call Demo Fertility Centre. Every patient, referral, appointment, and message in it was invented for the demo. No real clinic appears anywhere.
Start here — one minute on what the platform does, no email required.

DemonstrationDemonstration with synthetic data. The clinic here is fictional — we call it Demo Fertility Centre — and every patient, referral, appointment, and message in it is invented. No real clinic, patient, or clinician appears, and nothing shown or said here is medical advice.

The questions practice managers and clinic leads ask before they book anything.
No. Give your name, work email, clinic and role, and the page unlocks in front of you. Book a call afterwards only if you want it run against your own workflows.
A full walkthrough of the clinic portal, plus nine short feature demos — referral intake, the prospect pipeline, booking, the clinical chart, the staff copilot, the AI phone agent, Eva, patient-education publishing, and ROI reporting. Eva is open on this page without the form, so you can hear the patient side yourself.
No. Everything is a demonstration with synthetic data. The clinic is fictional — we call it Demo Fertility Centre — its records were invented for the demo, and nothing shown is medical advice.
The recorded walkthrough includes the AI phone agent answering a patient call, and Eva answers you live in your browser. A dial-it-yourself demonstration line is coming — ask us for it on a call in the meantime.
About ten minutes for Eva and the portal walkthrough. The individual feature demos are short, so you can dip into whichever ones matter to you — the AI referral intake demo, the phone agent, or the booking flow.
Yes. Opening Eva needs nothing installed and nothing configured. In a couple of minutes you see the tone your patients would get.
No. The public demo is a standalone environment with synthetic records, connected to nothing of yours. How a production deployment fits alongside your systems is a scoping conversation — start with how clinic data is handled.
The public demo is a demonstration environment, so treat it as one and keep PHI out of it. Production implementations are a different matter: they support HIPAA-, GDPR-, and PIPEDA-aligned deployment, on-premises, private cloud (VPC), or hybrid hosting, role-based access, auditability, and configurable retention.
The documentation pieces that exist today are in the walkthrough — referral intake that structures the record, and calls and messages captured and summarised. Where the complete scribe is going is set out on the AI medical scribe page.
Yes — send them this page. They unlock it with their own details, and nothing in it is confidential to your clinic, because none of it is your clinic's data.
No. Every patient, clinician, appointment and conversation in the demo is invented, and the clinic it portrays — Demo Fertility Centre — does not exist. Nothing in it comes from a real clinic. Because it is a demonstration and not a clinical system, please do not enter real patient or health information into it.
No. Unlock the demo with a work email and you can create your own account and work the product yourself — read the conversations the AI handled, take a referral through to a booking, ask the copilot about the clinic. Booking a call is for seeing it run against your own referral sources and booking rules, which the shared demo cannot do.
Your demo account and everything you do with it are deleted automatically within 24 hours — the account and its credentials, the conversations you view or create, and the sign-in, session and activity records that go with them. The work email you use to unlock the demo is treated separately, as a business contact, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Not in any way that matters. The demo is shared, so other people may be in it at the same time, and its conversations are cleared and re-seeded on a 24-hour cycle. Create patients, book appointments, send messages inside it — none of it reaches anyone real.
Three are, on purpose. Video visits are off so an open demo cannot start real-time sessions with strangers. Online payments are off because a demo should never show billing or take a payment. EMR integration is off because there is no real record system to connect a fictional clinic to. All three ship with the platform.
One clinician-led AI agent works across the channels a fertility clinic already uses — the phone, SMS, email, web messaging, and faxed or uploaded referrals. It answers patients, captures and structures referrals, drafts notes and instructions for staff to review, and keeps the coordination work moving between appointments.
No. It drafts, answers general questions, and routes work to people. Clinicians keep control of final documentation and of anything that constitutes medical advice, and the product is built so a human stays in the loop where one is required.
It is built for healthcare privacy requirements, with role-based access, audit logging and configurable retention. What we can evidence is set out on our trust page and in our privacy notice; we would rather point you at those than make a claim here that they do not back.
Fertility-specific. It is built around referral intake, IVF cycles, monitoring and the coordination work a fertility clinic actually runs on — which is why the demo shows a cycle and an embryology record rather than a generic CRM.
Book a short call and we will run the same demo against your referral sources, your call volumes, and your booking rules — with your questions in the room.
