6. Data Retention

Once no longer needed, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

7. The Interactive Demo

Our website offers an interactive demo of the Fertiligent platform. Two different things happen there, and they are kept and deleted differently.

Requesting access. When you give us a work email address to unlock the demo, we treat that as a business contact and retain it, so that we can follow up with you. It is handled under sections 3, 4 and 6 above, and you can ask us to delete it at any time using the contact details in section 12.
Using the demo. If you create an account inside the demo itself, that account and everything you do with it are deleted automatically within 24 hours. That includes the account and its credentials, the conversations you view or create, and the sign-in, session and activity records associated with them. Nothing you do inside the demo is retained beyond that window.

The demo contains synthetic data only. Every patient, clinician, appointment and message in it is invented for demonstration, and the clinic it portrays — "Demo Fertility Centre" — does not exist. It is a demonstration environment, not a clinical system: please do not enter real patient information, real health information, or any other confidential data into it. Information you enter there is not covered by the clinical safeguards described in section 5, and it will be deleted on the same 24-hour cycle whether or not you intended it to be.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access and request a copy of your personal data.
Correct or delete inaccurate or outdated data.
Restrict or object to certain processing activities.
Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing).
Request data portability (GDPR).
File a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Data may be transferred across jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. We implement safeguards such as:
